Workshop Architects was established in 2005 under the leadership of founder partner Ar. Raahul Chaudhary. Over the years WA has conjoined with various professionals and renders services ranging from Architectural, Interior Design, Project Management, Design Implementation, and Turnkey solutions.

Workshop Architects has been a part of Chaudhary Group Of Companies under Ar. Nilkanth Chaudhary and Ar. Urmila Chaudhary.

WA has launched a new vertical through collaborations with strategic partners having core competence in Built solutions, further improving our gamut of services.  Our delivery module for a complete project cycle encompasses a 360 degree design and implementation process to a complete project delivery mechanism.

WA is a team of highly talented and qualified professionals where Pro-Activeness and Pragmatic approach towards projects are the keywords for operation. It is crucial to Workshop Architects for an effective project to have an unique and individual narrative concept, efficient and optimum space utilization, and cost effective, quality and time bound execution.

With a team experience of about 15+ years and consolidated experience of more than 3 million sq. ft. in diversified projects Pan-India, SAARC Nations & Middle East.

Ar. Raahul Chaudhary

Principle Designer and Founder

A 4th generation in the field of Architecture, Interiors & Construction, Raahul graduated from Indian Institute of Architects and is an Alumni of Rachana Sansad. He climbed the ladder from being a Design Assistant to a Project Manager at Chaudhary Group of Companies, to Founder Director at Workshop Architects.
Raahul’s core strength lies in space designing, be it architectural or interior spaces and project management.

Ar. Anish Lakdavala

Associate

Anish, partner in WA, is 2nd generation of Architects who has two masters degree to his name, one in project management from NICMAR and the other in tall building design from University of Nottingham.
He is involved in execution of concept design, managing operations to deliver the project in time within the required parameters of quality and aesthetics.

CHAUDHARY GROUP OF COMPANIES

Ar. Nilkanth Chaudhary and Ar. Urmila Chaudhary founder of Chaudhary Group Of Companies have worked on various architectural projects ranging from Government, Semi-government, Privately Owned, Institutional etc., for more than 750+ projects.

Nilkanth Chaudhary

An Alumni of Bandra School Of Architecture, member of RIBA, and one of the few Charted Architects of India, Ar. Nilkanth Chaudhary, was also a special executive magistrate.

Urmila Chaudhary

Ar. Urmila Chaudhary, is an alumni of Sir J. J. College Of Architecture.

From the initial stage of planning to the final execution process, we endeavour to build environmentally responsible design solution. An Adaptation of 3 R’s theory along with renewable energy, creating a space with lesser consumption of resources, low energy design, reduction in carbon footprints and build a microclimatic environment keeping in view health, comfort and well-being of the end users/occupants.

We gravitate towards a design solution which will fit for all and help the users/occupants conceive and boost productivity in their work. Adding elements in the space like colors kinetics, biophilia, acoustics, circadian lighting, etc. for mobility, health and comfort which add up to a better approach to human centric design.

Each and every project undergoes a research oriented process, which is driven with a purpose to translate the client’s requirement and eventually accentuates a project. WA steps forward adapting ingenious methods while delivering a project. Also providing experimental services that range from- Augmented Reality to life-size mockups for custom made designs

EFFICIENCY

The efficiency of design is demonstrated through Pre and Post-Occupancy Evaluation.

WA strives to conceive and endeavour to satisfy the client’s requirements within the stipulated Capex cost and time frame for the project with an objective to allot optimum utilization of space. With this we corroborate to give an efficient lifespan to the project, by optimizing the Opex cost to maintain the premises, safety, Ease of Facility management, health and well being of the end user along with technology, which being the back bone of all services.
