As an intent for the visitors to step out in the landscape despite the extreme conditions, gazebos depicting the 5 elements, avenue of trees, cascading water bodies etc., were introduced for serenity which also helped reducing the temperature by 3-5 degree within the plot. The entire structure was designed based on Fatimi Architecture using native materials like bricks, Noora powder, Alabaster and colored glass for the Qamariyas. Double walls, larger windows for cross ventilation , pocket terraces & landscaped terraces were introduced considering the climatic conditions. Sky light and central courtyard were introduced for dissipating heat gain.
